Our National Stakeholder program allows diverse organizations invested in the cause of digital inclusion to further the ConnectHome program by providing additional services to ConnectHome recipients.
In signing on to be a stakeholder in the ConnectHome program, the organization’s offer must be measurable and extend beyond the organization’s previous commitments to digital inclusion. The offer should be available uniformly to all PHA communities within your footprint.

EveryoneOn is committed to eliminating the digital divide by making high-speed, low-cost Internet service and computers, and free digital literacy courses accessible to all unconnected Americans. In collaboration with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), EveryoneOn will provide:
