Overview of Low Cost Internet Service Offers

EveryoneOn solicits a wide range of Internet Service Providers to feature their low-cost Internet offers on our website. Those featured have met our minimum service and price standards and are committed to working with EveryoneOn in helping connect families and individuals. ISP Minimum Specifications

Internet Service Providers and service plans must meet the minimum requirements:

  • Technology: Cable or wireless (must be 4G LTE)
  • Speeds: 5mbps down/1up
  • Data allotment: (wireless --minimum 3GB/month; throttled speeds acceptable) (wired --minimum 100GB/month; throttled speeds acceptable)
  • Data cost: $10-$25/month maximum; no overages for exceeded data
  • Equipment cost: $50 modem maximum; one-time fee, no monthly leasing options
  • Data analysis: ISP will report anonymized subscription data (monthly)
  • Term: Month-to-month service, no contract
Service Provider Price and Detail Breakdown To Qualify for this Offer You Must:
  • 10 megabits per second, for $10 per month.
  • 5 megabits per second, for $10 per month.
  • 3 megabits per second, for $5 per month.

And, there is NO Commitment, NO Deposit, NO Installation fee and NO Charge for in-home Wi-Fi Modem. This is a four-year program starting April 22, 2016.

  • One resident in applying household who participates in the U.S. Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP); and
  • With an address in AT&T’s 21-state service area, at which AT&T offers wireline home Internet service; and 
  • Without outstanding debt for AT&T fixed Internet service within the last six months or outstanding debt incurred under this program.

2 Plans Available

Starter Plan $10 + tax/mo:

  • $73.23 setup fee (hotspot=$39 + shipping=$20 + 1st mo of plan=$10 + tax=4.23)
  • 1.2 GB* data allowance at 4G speed/month; if the subscriber exceeds the allotted data in the current billing cycle, the service will throttle down to a slower speed then reset at the beginning of the next billing cycle.

Starter Plus $20 + tax/mo:

  • $84.13 setup fee (hotspot=$39 + shipping=$20 + 1st mo of plan=$20 + tax=5.13)
  • 3.2 GB data allowance at 4G speed/month;  if the subscriber exceeds the allotted data in the current billing cycle, the service will throttle down to a slower speed then reset at the beginning of the next billing cycle.

*Movie streaming is not recommended for the 1.2GB plan, as it may cause users to exceed the total allocated monthly 4G data allowance, causing service to throttle down to slower speeds until the next month when the data allowance resets.

At this time, Basic Internet’s T-Mobile offers are available to residents of zip codes that are within T-Mobile network coverage.

Free to students at Clarksdale High School for three years.

EveryoneOn partnered with the Clarksdale Dollars and Sense Program as well as local Internet service provider CableOne to sponsor unlimited, high-speed home Internet for all families with students enrolled at Clarksdale for the duration of the three-year program.

Comcast’s Internet Essentials Program provides affordable Internet and devices to students and families who qualify for the National School Lunch Program.

You may be eligible to participate if your household has at least one child eligible to participate in the National School Lunch Program, not subscribed to Comcast Internet service within the last 90 days, and does not have an overdue Comcast bill or unreturned equipment from within the past year.

  • $9.95 per month
  • 10 mbps download/1 mbps upload
  • No set-up fee

Cox is part of Connect2Compete, EveryoneOn’s flagship program providing affordable Internet and devices to students and families that qualify for the National School Lunch Program.

You may be eligible to participate if your household has at least one child enrolled in the National School Lunch Program, not subscribed to Cox service within the last 90 days, and does not have an overdue bills or unreturned equipment.

You may be eligible to participate if your household has at least one child who qualifies for free or reduced school lunches through the National School Lunch Program (NSLP), has not subscribed to Eagle Internet service within the last 90 days, and does not have an overdue bills or unreturned equipment. Your household must also be in a community where Eagle broadband services are provided.

  • $15/mo (plus applicable taxes*)
  • Up to 25 Mbps upload and download speeds. That’s fast enough to make video calls and stream in HD.
  • Unlimited data. Use as much as you like.
  • No equipment rental fees, no service contracts and no installation fees.

 

*Customers canceling service will have to pay a replacement fee (including any applicable taxes) if they fail to return equipment within 25 days after cancellation. 

  • The Google Fiber Broadband Plan is available for residents in neighborhoods Google Fiber serves with low rates of Internet connectivity.
  • Residents in these neighborhoods are automatically eligible to sign up for Broadband Internet.
  • Broadband plan coverage areas are determined using publicly available data from the U.S. Census and Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
  • $9.95 per month
  • No set-up fee

Mediacom is part of Connect2Compete, our flagship program providing affordable Internet and devices to students and families that qualify for the National School Lunch Program.

You may be eligible to participate if your household has at least one K-12 child who receives free or reduced-price school lunch through the National School Lunch Program, has not subscribed to Mediacom internet service in the past 90 days, and does not have an outstanding Mediacom bill or unreturned equipment.
