EveryoneOn is pleased to announce the formation of its own Corporate Advisory Board (CAB), comprised of members representing partner companies with leading experts on specific programmatic areas relevant to the mission of EveryoneOn.
Bringing a wide range of skills and experiences to the table, the members of CAB will assist EveryoneOn in expanding and improving its device and connectivity offerings, increasing uptake and improving the qualification process, and enhancing marketing and external affairs.

Vincent DiBiase Chief Executive Officer, T3 Partners
Vincent DiBiase is the chief executive officer of T3 Partners, a consulting firm formed by executives in the telecommunication, education and finance industry. T3 Partners uses technological know how to add value to business relationships and bring fresh ways of addressing challenges for our clients. Vincent has used his technical knowledge to serve the education industry in everything from training to software. He is a strong proponent of closing the education gap that has been created in the United States and strongly believes that technology plays a significant role in reducing that gap. He is also very passionate about educating youth on how to use of the Internet and technology. He strongly believes that digital inclusion is a must if we intend to give our students the opportunity to succeed.
Vincent holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. He more than 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, and executive management. He is the father of four and currently resides in Denver, CO.
Scott Kinney Senior Vice President, Discovery Education

Under his leadership, Discovery Education services are transforming teaching and learning in more than half of U.S. schools and English primary schools, and in more than 50 countries worldwide.
Peter McElligott Senior Counsel for Telecommunications, Citrix
As senior counsel for telecommunications at Citrix, Peter McElligott advises on a number of telecommunications and internet policy matters for Citrix’s suite of services. Most recently Peter worked at Microsoft where he served as a senior advisor on the team of Microsoft’s Chief Strategy Officer.
Ben Roberts Account Director, The Martin Agency
Ben Roberts is an account director at The Martin Agency. He oversees creative and strategy development for several of TracFone Wireless’ brands. He also lends his time to creative developments for the Smithsonian National Museum of American History. Previously Ben was in charge of the global repositioning and rebranding of ManpowerGroup.
Eric Seguin Senior Vice President of Government Programs, Solix, Inc.
Eric Seguin was appointed Vice President, State and Local Government Programs in March 2012 after serving as General Manager, State & Local Government Programs for several years. He is responsible for administration and management of state and local government programs including Grant Management Solutions and for business development activities. Seguin has 18+ years of telecommunications regulatory, financial, operational, and business development experience.

Spillane is a graduate of the State University of New York College, Jim Spillane serves as director of Sprint’s ConnectED project and has been a member of the Sprint team since 1996.

Stephen currently serves as CEO of FreedomPop, the fastest growing wireless carrier in the US, which he co-founded in 2012. In this capacity, Stephen leads all aspects of company development including product innovation, customer acquisition and partner alliances. Under Stephen's leadership, FreedomPop has grown to over 80 employees and earned numerous industry awards for its innovation and disruptive impact on the wireless market.

Jordan Usdan Principal Strategist for the Chief Strategy Officer, Microsoft
Jordan Usdan is a Principal Strategist for the Chief Strategy Officer for Microsoft. Formerly, Jordan held several senior roles at the Federal Communications Commission, including Director of Public-Private Initiatives. In this role, Mr. Usdan helped coordinate the FCC's efforts on broadband adoption, digital textbooks, cybersecurity, online safety, and wireless health technology. In addition, he helped launch Connect2Compete and EveryoneOn as a public-private partnership during his time at the FCC.

She is the Founder and Executive Director of Black Founders -- a national nonprofit whose mission is to increase the number of successful black entrepreneurs in tech. Monique was one of the first Innovation Fellows for the City of San Francisco where she worked on the city’s innovation agenda, including open data and community broadband access.
