Coding for Change
Coding for Change helps low-income teens build computer knowledge by providing them with a free device and basic coding training.
What We Do
Working with Best Buy, HUD, public housing authorities, and Boys & Girls Clubs of America, we:
Provide teens with Kano devices
Deliver training on computer programming basics, or coordinate to have Best Buy Geek Squad employees and local partners as volunteer teachers
Work to secure a set of devices so each host organization can continue the model independently
