Bianca Shaw, current President of the WI Women's Network, is an innovative executive consultant who has served as a policy advisor and senior strategist with more than 16 years of leadership experience and progressive public service in nonprofit, state and local governance.
Shaw works full-time as a senior campaign manager for All Voting is Local and has previously served as a political appointee from 2019 until 2022 in the Department of Children and Families as the director of the Office of Urban Development. Bianca has directed quality early care childcare initiatives in Wisconsin, managing the equitable distribution of more than $2.2 million in funds.
She has designed and managed social service, economic development, and community advocacy programs. As an executive consultant she has influenced both state and local policy programs.
Shaw is a human rights advocate with a passion and background in state and local policies. She has eight years of state service and has served residents in the great state of WI working as a business services consultant for the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development Division, as a legislative aide in the WI State Legislature and as a political appointee.
She is adept at crafting and executing a vision to transform communities and create effective social change. Bianca's mission is to help individuals move from poverty and low-income situations to middle income and stability.
