Adm. Mike Mullen, the former chair of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, understands how vast the digital divide is. He even said s0 during a fundraising event supporting EveryoneOn at St. John's College last month. "60 million people aren’t online, which is an appalling number,” Mullen said in response to a question about challenges in the United States.
