Gabriela Rivera, Digital Skills Instructor
Gabriela is a recent UC Berkeley graduate passionate to serve the community and provide educational opportunities. As an architectural designer, she believes that the only way to design spaces –both tangible and intangible– is by engaging with people and their needs; thus, she’s eager to connect with community members in the Bay Area and to contribute to ending the digital divide through Everyone On.
As a college student, she worked as the Wellness Associate with the Student Environmental Resource Center (SERC), where she was involved in social and environmental justice initiatives with the purpose of educating the eco-community on campus and beyond. Now, also as a college consultant, she brings her teaching and consulting expertise to provide students support tailored to their specific needs. She hopes to inspire adults to learn not only digital skills, but also anything they set their minds to. It’s never too late to learn.
