Gaby leads the design and implementation of the robust regional, cross-sector digital inclusion initiative in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Gaby has over eight years of experience in the social sector as a program and partnership manager. Most recently, she led Partnerships Development at WeThrive Hub, managing the client and strategic partnership pipeline of nonprofits and impact-driven organizations. Previously, Gaby managed programs and strategic partnerships at The Last Mile, a nonprofit organization providing technology education and workforce development to currently and formerly incarcerated communities. She has also worked with various organizations focused on affordable student housing, higher education access for BIPOC students, and high impact philanthropy. She is driven to create social and economic opportunity for all, and bridge the gap between technology and social impact.

Gaby was born and raised in Southeast LA but has called the Bay Area her home for the last eight years. She has a B.A. in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley.
