Jessica Scadron

Jessica Scadron has shaped programs and collaborations that have empowered stakeholders to deliver on ambitious social impact goals across the microfinance, technology and consumer sectors.
Jessica’s subject matter expertise spans DEI, digital and financial inclusion, food and water security, human rights, poverty and gender equality. She has secured partnerships in China, Japan, France and Germany, and lived in Singapore.
As a member of Everyone On’s executive team, Jessica makes critical organizational decisions about technology infrastructure, budgets, staffing and growth. She also spearheads the communications function including its first rebrand in 10 years. Prior, she elevated Procter & Gamble’s social impact projects on disaster relief, safe housing with Habitat for Humanity, and providing clean water in developing countries.
Earlier in her career Jessica increased trust and engagement among key audiences for leading brands including eBay, Astellas Pharmaceuticals, Revolution Foods, Stonyfield Farm, BSR and Warner Bros., as well as for nonprofits Girl Rising, Grameen Bank, HEAL Africa, Humanity United and Omidyar Network. She was a Board Member of UN Women’s Bay Area chapter, has been published in Triple Pundit and SocialBrite, and spoke at the Global DEI Conference on cultural competency in the workplace.
Jessica holds a BA in international relations from University of Delaware, is certified in human-centered design by IDEO and Acumen, and completed the Resmaa Menakem Education for Racial Equity anti-racist program.
When not giving back through her day job, Jessica dedicates her time as an advisor to Launch Girls and Survivors Alliance, volunteers at a horse rescue and practices piano.
