Robert is a highly experienced and knowledgeable professional with leadership skills in both education and public services. For the past six years, he has been at the forefront of community equity and inclusion efforts, dedicating his career to serving underrepresented communities in the greater Bay Area. Most recently, Robert served as a Program Director for family support efforts in San Francisco, where he prioritized equality and ensured families had access to the resources they needed. Robert believes that digital inequality is a major cause of the lack of support and accessibility for underserved communities. Therefore, he is committed to equipping families with the tools they need to thrive within society. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed and directed case management services for high-risk families and youth, primarily supporting the Mission District of San Francisco, CA. Under his leadership, over 1,000 youth received wrap-around services per year, including housing support, mental health services, and personal development classes.
Robert has also worked in the K-12 sector as an Equity and Outreach specialist, ensuring that families and students were being served in all areas. He is a quality-oriented professional who has successfully launched and managed start-up programs and projects aimed at narrowing the gap of social disparity. Robert is highly skilled in project management, advocacy work, case management, and data collection. Overall, he has demonstrated the ability to lead and manage social equity programs with a high level of success.
Robert was born and raised in the East Bay. With deep roots in San Francisco and the city of Hayward. Robert has earned degrees in Psychology and Business Administration.
