Jay Reynolds is a seasoned financial professional from Shining Star Consulting, Inc. and has provided interim or consulting executive leadership to various organizations over the past 30 years. Jay enjoys new challenges. He has led by example in private, non-profit, real estate and government sectors. He has demonstrated financial leadership by ensuring compliance and integrity in various financial management systems, procedures, grants management, budget management, system design/implementation, project management, real estate transactions and investments. Jay prides himself with having a superior work ethic and an infectious personality that makes a difference leading a team. Jay has strong communication skills that allow him to be an effective and sensitive manager, working with all levels within an organization. Jay is poised to use his past experiences and enjoys the as-needed support provided by his colleagues at Shining Star Consulting to make a difference in a client organization and the lives of others served by the organization. Jay finds and maintains his motivation through his faith and family. He gives acknowledgement to the tremendous professors and educational environments of James Madison University and Georgetown University for his knowledge gained, degrees and certifications.
