Paulina Chavez is an experienced digital inclusion advocate and practitioner with nearly 10 years of expertise in the field. As the Director of Programs at Everyone On, she leads the Programs team in developing, managing, and executing partnerships aimed at advancing digital inclusion. In addition to her programmatic work, she represents the organization in local and statewide advocacy coalitions, including Digital Equity Los Angeles (DELA), CETF Digital Equity Coalition, the San Joaquin Valley Health Fund IHHEEL Digital Divide Subcommittee, and the California Alliance for Digital Equity (CADE).

Paulina has played a pivotal role in designing Everyone On’s Capacity Building Trainings for organizations and the “Digital Connections” Training for communities. She is well-versed in collaborating with school districts, municipal government, housing agencies, nonprofits, and other stakeholders to develop digital equity strategies that drive the adoption of high-speed internet in low-income areas and promote digital upskilling.

With over 15 years of experience in project and program management within the social sector, Paulina brings a wealth of expertise in delivering impactful social change. She is also a passionate volunteer, having contributed to the Chicano Latino Youth Leadership Project (CLYLP), a nonprofit dedicated to preparing California’s future leaders.

Born and raised in Bakersfield, CA, to immigrant parents working as farmworkers, Paulina’s personal journey has profoundly shaped her commitment to digital equity. She holds a B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Chicana/o Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles, and is currently based in Los Angeles, CA.
